I am in a happy mood right now all because the saleswoman at Severino's our local Italian specialty store gave me a free ball of Mozzarella di Bufala! I asked the price and when she told me it was $8.00 for a 1/2 pound, I said no and she gave it to me and said "You know good food and you're a good customer. Take it!" Way to make my day. It just seemed like a lot of money for something that will be devoured so quickly. I am taking it to Lisa and Mike's and we're making a caprese salad.
